Sonjai was the speaker in the 3rd Asia Conference on Risk Based Capital held in Manila. The purpose of the conference was Philippines was getting ready for RBC regime, and how the experiences of other countries with different levels of RBC jurisdiction could be helpful in giving insight from those experiences.
